Outbound Calling

Outbound Calling are generally used for telemarketing. It may be one-to-one Calling or Bulk Voice Calling.

Bulk Call Broadcasting: A Prerecorded Voice file is pushed at the database of mobile numbers/landline numbers for telemarketing Purpose.

Outbound call center: Outbound call center is one in which call center agents make outbound calls to customers on behalf of a business or client. Calls made from the center can include telemarketing, sales or fund-raising calls, as well as calls for contact list updating, surveys or verification services.

Voice Reminder System: Hosted IVR based Outbound calls can be scheduled to make a call at particular time. A pre recorded voice file can be played automatically on a scheduled time. This system is used for monthly billing Reminder. This system can be connected with any Application via our API.
